Kevin & Alyssa | Engagement Session | Old Colorado City

Despite our 20 degree weather, Kevin and Alyssa’s engagement session was a blast. We started out at the Bear Creek Nature Center in Colorado Springs and finished up in downtown Old Colorado City. I could not BELIEVE the amount of snow we ended up with but Kevin and Alyssa totally rocked it!

They met on an evening out with friends when Kevin asked Alyssa to dance. The rest is history, as they say, but Kevin’s family refused to believe these two met this way because Kevin “doesn’t dance.” I thought their story was so cute. You could tell he would do anything for her (including dance) and he definitely knows how to make her laugh. There are so many great shots of the two of them laughing together… exactly what I love to see in photos: real, genuine moments.

Kevin and Alyssa are planning their wedding for next August at The Pinery in Black Forest and are counting on warmer weather I’m sure!
